    They speak from real life experiences (whether self and from people within the coffee community). It is highly recommended if you would like to learn about "real" coffee and starting up your own business in relation to coffee. I have gain so much knowledge in just a couple hours into the class. The skills and lessons they teach are extremely valuable despite the price. Personally, I think my investment is worth the price.
